OUR HISTORY
Boyle & Fogarty Construction is a utility contractor specializing in water, sewer, and drainage solutions.
Founded in 1978 by Rusty Boyle and John Fogarty, our company has been in business for over 40 years, completing numerous large projects and establishing a strong reputation in the State of Rhode Island.
Our company maintains a strong emphasis on safety and doing things the right way, while following all OSHA standards. In 2019, 2020 and 2021, we participated in the National Utility Contractors Association’s (NUCA) “Trench Stand Down”, which promotes trench and excavation safety. Our foremen perform regular job box talks to ensure employees are aware of hazards and practice safe work habits.
